FILMGARNITUR was founded in 2018 by Sven Michael Otto and Christoph Rohrscheidt. Our focus is on non-fiction storytelling. Our film projects are often auteur films, whose filmmakers are committed to a creative, courageous, and artistic form of narrative.
The films deal with current social changes and the question of realities. In our projects, we are open to experimenting with new techniques and narrative methods such as hologram technologies, neural networks, avatars, and virtual production - from the smallest to the large screen.
We are convinced that non-fiction cinema is not a matter of format, but rather a philosophy of life that requires careful observation and bold participation.
Our productions have gained national and international attention.

FILMGARNITUR wurde 2018 von Sven Michael Otto und Christoph Rohrscheidt gegründet. Unser Fokus liegt auf non-fiktionalem Erzählen. Unsere Filmprojekte sind oft AutorInnenfilme, deren FilmemacherInnen sich einer kreativen, mutigen und künstlerischen Erzählform verschrieben haben.
